Bellissima Rewards Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
These Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions (“Loyalty Terms”) govern participation in the Cosabella Bellissima Rewards Program (the “Program”). By creating or maintaining a Cosabella account or otherwise participating in the Program, you (“you” or “Member”) agree to be bound by these Loyalty Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you should not participate in the Program.
The Program is operated by Luemme LLC dba Cosabella (“Cosabella,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and is offered as a benefit to our customers. Participation is voluntary and subject to these Loyalty Terms, which may be updated from time to time at our discretion.
MEMBERSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY
Participation in the Program is open only to natural persons who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and who maintain an active Cosabella account associated with a valid and unique email address. No purchase is required to enroll. By creating an account on www.cosabella.com website, you are automatically enrolled in the Program.
Accounts are individual and non-transferable. Each Member may maintain only one Program account. Program benefits, including cashback balances, may not be combined, pooled, assigned, pledged, gifted, sold, transferred, or otherwise made available to another individual, household, or entity. Any attempt to do so will render the benefits void and may result in immediate termination of the account.
Cosabella may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the participation of any individual where it reasonably believes that the account is being used for commercial purposes (e.g., resellers, distributors), or where participation would violate these Loyalty Terms, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.
EARNING CASHBACK REWARDS
Members may earn cashback rewards (“Cosabella Cash”) on qualifying purchases made through our website, as well as through completing certain non-purchase activities such as providing your birthday, leaving a product review, or signing up for marketing emails (collectively, “Eligible Activities”). Cashback will be earned on the order grand total.
The Program operates on a three-tier structure:
- Bella Tier: Free to join, 5% cashback on qualifying purchases; 7% cashback on a second qualifying purchase made within a twelve (12) month period.
- Bellissima Tier: Annual spend of at least $350, 7% cashback on qualifying purchases; 9% cashback on a second qualifying purchase made within a twelve (12) month period.
- Magnifica Tier: Annual spend of at least $950, 10% cashback on qualifying purchases; 12% cashback on a second qualifying purchase made within a twelve (12) month period.
Digital gift cards are not eligible to earn cashback. If an order contains both eligible garments and a digital gift card, the entire order will not earn cashback. Gifts-with-purchase (“GWP”) items are also ineligible for cashback accrual.
Both U.S. and international customers are eligible to participate. For international purchases, cashback calculations are based on the U.S. Dollar value of the transaction at the time of processing, as determined by our payment processor. Foreign exchange fluctuations, currency conversion fees, or bank charges are the responsibility of the Member.
Cosabella may, at its discretion, offer additional opportunities to earn cashback through promotional activities, such as enrolling in marketing communications, providing your birthday, or participating in special campaigns. Such opportunities will be governed by the specific terms communicated at the time and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Cashback earned through purchases is deposited thirty-five (35) days after your order is completed, to allow for delivery verification and processing of returns. Cashback earned through non-purchase activities such as leaving a review, signing up for marketing communications, or providing your birthday will be immediately deposited into your account wallet. Cashback is credited to a Member’s account wallet thirty-five (35) days after a qualifying purchase has been completed, to allow for order verification, fraud screening, delivery and processing of returns. Cosabella reserves the right to review and adjust cashback awards in cases of suspected error, fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Loyalty Terms.
REDEMPTION OF CASHBACK
Cashback has no cash value outside the Program. It is not legal tender and cannot be redeemed for money, credit card refunds, or any equivalent. Cashback may only be redeemed as store credit toward purchases made through our website when the Member is logged into their account. The following restrictions apply to redemption:
- No more than fifty dollars (USD $50) in cashback may be applied to a single order.
- Cashback may not be redeemed toward the purchase of digital gift cards.
- Cashback cannot be combined with promotional codes, discount offers, or coupons unless expressly permitted by Cosabella.
- The entirety of your available balance will be applied at checkout up to the $50 maximum. If you have less than $50, your full balance will be applied.
Cosabella reserves the right to impose additional redemption restrictions or conditions, including but not limited to blackout periods, category exclusions, or order minimums, and to amend such restrictions at its discretion.
EXPIRATION AND FORFEITURE
Cashback earned through purchases, email signup, birthday signup, and product reviews will expire twelve (12) months from the date on which it was earned, regardless of account activity. Cashback earned through anniversary or birthday rewards will expire thirty (30) days after issuance. Expired cashback is forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
In addition, all cashback associated with accounts that are suspended, closed, or terminated for any reason—including fraud, abuse, misuse, inactivity, or violation of these Loyalty Terms—will be forfeited without compensation. Cosabella is not responsible for notifying Members of pending expirations. It is the Member’s responsibility to track and redeem balances before they expire.
LIMITATIONS, RESTRICTIONS, AND CONDITIONS
Cashback earned through the Program is subject to important limitations and restrictions. Cashback may not be redeemed for cash, applied to prior purchases, or exchanged for digital or physical gift cards, nor may it be assigned, sold, pledged, gifted, transferred, or otherwise conveyed to another individual or account. Cashback also may not be combined with certain promotions, discount codes, or special offers unless expressly authorized by Cosabella in writing. In addition, cashback cannot be earned on excluded products or services, which include but are not limited to digital gift cards, applicable taxes, governmental fees, surcharges, shipping or handling charges, and other non-merchandise items.
Cosabella reserves the right to impose restrictions on the frequency or volume of transactions through which cashback may be earned or redeemed, including the imposition of caps, thresholds, or other conditions designed to prevent misuse, abuse, or gaming of the Program. While there is presently no maximum limit on the amount of cashback that may be accumulated, all balances remain subject to these Loyalty Terms, applicable redemption restrictions, and expiration requirements.
Participation in the Program is offered at the sole discretion of Cosabella and does not create any contractual right to continued operation of the Program or to the availability of any particular reward or benefit. Cosabella expressly reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to change or modify any aspect of the Program, including but not limited to earning percentages, redemption thresholds, program tiers, product exclusions, expiration periods, or other features. Continued participation in the Program following such changes shall constitute acceptance of the modifications, and Members are solely responsible for reviewing the Loyalty Terms to remain informed of the current rules and requirements.
MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION
Cosabella may, at any time and in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, with or without notice to Members, subject to applicable law. Such modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes to earning percentages, redemption rules, expiration policies, or tier structures.
In THE event of termination of the Program, any unredeemed cashback will immediately expire and be forfeited without compensation, unless otherwise required by law. Cosabella shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from modifications or termination of the Program.
FRAUD, ABUSE, AND MISUSE
Cosabella reserves the right to monitor all Program activity for compliance with these Loyalty Terms. Fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise suspicious activity—including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, engaging in return fraud, or attempting to manipulate earning or redemption rules—may result in the suspension or termination of your account and the forfeiture of all accumulated cashback.
Cosabella’s determinations regarding suspected fraud or misuse are final and binding. We may report suspected misconduct to law enforcement or pursue available legal remedies.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Program is offered as a voluntary customer benefit and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosabella expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing, usage, or trade practice. No oral or written advice, information, or communication from Cosabella shall create any warranty not expressly set forth herein.
Participation in the Program does not guarantee that the Program, or any particular reward, feature, or benefit, will continue to be offered. Cosabella reserves the unrestricted right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to any Member. Upon termination, all unredeemed cashback will immediately expire and be forfeited without compensation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosabella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the Program, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, business interruption, reputational harm, or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Cosabella’s total aggregate liability to any Member, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, exceed the actual value of unredeemed cashback reflected in the Member’s account at the time of the dispute.
